BEYONCE'S SIBLING SOLANGE DROPS "LOVERS IN THE PARKING LOT"

“Played around with your heart, now I’m laying around in the dark,” Solange sings remorsefully on her gently grooving new single “Lovers In The Parking Lot,” taken from her upcoming True EP produced entirely by Dev Hynes.

Premiered by NPR, the song is one of seven to feature on Ms Knowles’ new project; a welcome return from the Texan songstress, younger sister of Beyonce, since the release of her well-received sophomore album, Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams, in 2008. Also featuring the lead single “Losing You,” her True EP is released on November 27 through Terrible Records [and available to pre-order] with Solange also scheduled to play a headline gig at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on December 11th.
